RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This business uses several different print-on-demand companies and with that said print-on-demand companies do not allow us much room for returns or exchanges especially since the Covid-19 pandemic back in 2020.  Print-on-demand companies do not support returns and exchanges for customers who order the wrong size, color, incorrect shipping details, or if a customer simply changed their minds; because the product you are ordering is unique and is only printed once your order is placed.  On another note, if your product is damaged, or there is a manufacturing error or a faulty product, please make us aware as soon as possible because after 30 days there will not be a resolution. Again, in regards to wrong Addresses - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the print-on-demand facility or you may want to check with your local post office facilities. If the package is returned to the print-on-demand facility you will be liable for reshipment costs once this has been confirmed (if and as applicable).  In addition to, unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to print-on-demand facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment if and as applicable.​
